Text a lead at 2 AM.
Messages reach leads only between 9 AM and 8 PM in their own time zone. At night, the one exception is a direct email reply to their own inquiry.
An assistant for real estate agents
Pinnacle replies to every inquiry in your voice within about a minute — at 2 PM or 2 AM — then keeps the conversation warm for eight days, so the lead is still yours in the morning.

How it works
An inquiry lands while you're asleep. Pinnacle picks it up the moment it arrives.
Drafted from the phrases you actually use, learned from your own messages — then sent after a short, human pause.
Every answer is saved to the lead, and the score moves with what they actually said.
Pinnacle stops writing and hands the conversation over, with a three-line briefing.
Nothing else goes out overnight. Texts and follow-ups hold until 9 AM, by the lead's own clock.
Follow-ups on days 1, 2, 4, 6 and 8 — and the sequence stops the moment someone replies.
One briefing, one call to a buyer who is ready. The night's work is already done.
Two ways to work
Built-in restraint
An assistant earns trust by what it refuses. These rules run on every message before it is sent — and every send is written to an audit log.
Messages reach leads only between 9 AM and 8 PM in their own time zone. At night, the one exception is a direct email reply to their own inquiry.
Fair Housing questions get a fixed reply that points to public data, and every outgoing draft is screened. A blocked message goes to you, not out.
"What's my house worth?" goes straight to you. A valuation is a conversation for a person, not a guess from software.
STOP or unsubscribe ends it at any hour, and any draft still waiting for your approval is withdrawn on the spot.
Your first ten replies wait for your OK. Every edit you make teaches it how you actually write.
A short line saying the message was written with your AI assistant's help is on by default — in wording you choose.
Every message passes the same checks before it leaves — and every one is logged, so you can see exactly what was sent, when, and why.
The law, state by state
Two kinds of rules apply to every message Pinnacle sends: the rules on contacting a lead, and the newer rules on AI itself. Here is what each asks, and what Pinnacle does about it — on every message, in every state.
The lawTelephone solicitations may only reach people between 8 AM and 9 PM their time, and automated marketing calls and texts need the person's prior express written consent.
PinnacleTexts only leads with recorded consent — everyone else is email-only. Texts and follow-ups keep to 9 AM–8 PM in the lead's own time zone, an hour inside the federal window at both ends. At night, the one exception is an email that directly answers the lead's own inquiry.
The lawCommercial email may not have misleading headers or subject lines, must carry a valid postal address, and must offer a working unsubscribe that is honoured within 10 business days.
PinnacleAdds your name and postal address to every email, with a signed one-click unsubscribe that works across every channel at once.
The lawNo steering, and no statements about a home or area based on race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status or national origin.
PinnacleScreens what leads ask and every draft it writes. Questions about who lives where get a fixed, neutral reply; a blocked draft goes to you, never to the lead.
The lawSome states — California among them — make it unlawful to use a bot to mislead people about being one in order to drive a sale. A clear disclosure is the safe harbour.
PinnacleAdds a short line saying the message was written with your AI assistant's help — on by default, in wording you choose.
The lawDeceiving people is illegal whether a person or an AI writes the words. The FTC’s 2024 “Operation AI Comply” put it plainly: there is no AI exemption — one case was an AI writer that filled reviews with details nobody gave it.
PinnacleChecks every AI draft before it is sent for invented facts — prices, listings or details the lead never gave — and rewrites it once. If it still fails, your own approved message goes instead.
The lawCalls made with an AI-generated voice count as “artificial” voice calls under the TCPA, so they need the same prior consent as a recorded message.
PinnacleMakes no AI voice calls. It writes emails, and texts only to leads with recorded consent.
The lawAnyone offering an AI system meant to interact with consumers must tell each consumer they are interacting with AI. Stricter duties apply to “high-risk” AI that makes consequential decisions, such as housing. In force from June 30, 2026.
PinnacleSays it is AI on every message by default. Its AI writes replies — it never decides who gets a home, a loan or a showing.
The lawNo AI system may be built or used with the intent to unlawfully discriminate against a protected class, or to push anyone toward harm. In force since January 1, 2026.
PinnacleScreens every question and every draft for Fair Housing, and hands anything about who lives where to you.
